By focusing on key areas such as demand & supply planning, inventory management, and sales & operations planning, I help increase forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and improve OTIF performance.

    Worked on a greenfield factory start-up as Interim Supply Chain Manager, ensuring smooth capacity planning through the transition and building supply chain processes tailored to the new setting.

    Managed Demand Planning for the Netherlands, collaborating with retailers and account managers on promotions and demand cycles, improving forecast accuracy by 12–15 percentage points.
